30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however, if for any reason you wish to make a return, we will accept merchandise in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of delivery. This excludes custom jewelry and Pearls.

Please note that merchandise showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Once we receive your returned merchandise and it is accepted for return, your refund will be processed within seven business days, minus the cost of shipping. Refunds will be given via the original method of payment.
The original sales invoice must be included in your return package.
*Refunds of international orders will not include customs or import duties or taxes paid on shipments.
Shipping Your Package
We recommend shipping merchandise for return via Federal Express for tracking purposes. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Tara Nash LLC will not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.
All shipments are sent via USPS or FedEx and are fully insured. All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it. Free Shipping applies to all shipments within the United States. Please contact us for the price of shipping to all other countries.
When will your order be delivered?
Please allow 3-5 business days for shipment once payment has been received for your order. An email confirmation with the USPS or FedEx tracking number will be sent to you so that you may track your package online.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping to alternate addresses
If you ship your order to an address that is different than your billing address, as a security measure to protect our clients against fraud we will confirm your credit card has this alternate shipping address on record. To expedite the processing of your order, please call your credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address. TaraNash.com does not ship to P.O. Box addresses or hotels.
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. All credit card transactions are subject to address verification. Our merchant system is secure and requires that we verify the registered billing address with the issuing bank prior to shipment of your order.
International Credit Cards: If you are outside the U.S.A. and would like to use your credit card, you will need to sign up for paypal and add the card to your paypal account and check out with us using paypal.
Note: For PayPal credit card purchases please allow 3-5 days for the payment to clear. For PayPal checks please allow 5-10 days for the payment to clear. Upon clearance we will notify you that your package has been sent.
